1. The Liverpool John Mooores University PhD study in using HeartMath with children diagnosed ADHD. The study shows the positive impact of HeartMath on these children in terms of Learning, improved memory, improved behaviour and sleep. 2. The HeartMath/Safe Place Project in West Belfast, sponsored by Barnados. The purpose of this project was to investigate the efficacy of the HeartMath /Safe Place Programme as a means to improve student emotional self regulation and associated improvements in emotional stability, relationships and overall student well-being.
