Train the Trainer

This is an interactive and participative 2 day programme is designed for intermediaries who aim to nurture talent and potential in others and explores the potential in all of us to be enterprising. It is delivered over a two day period and is designed to offer new insights, ways of working, resources and practical support to help intermediaries to develop their own enterprise programmes tailored to the needs of those they work with.

Participants become licensed Get Into Enterprise Trainers and are provided with comprehensive training packs to enable them to deliver enterprise activities independently. The programme is generic and appropriate to those active within a wide variety of organisations. Emphasis is placed on contextualizing learning within participant’s spheres of activity whilst facilitating the transfer of best practice across sectors and encouraging the widening of networks. Equally strong emphasis is placed on learning by doing in a vibrant and informal atmosphere. The objective is to motivate and support individuals within intermediary organisations to take immediate action in enterprise development. The programme will leave a legacy of people competent to support enterprise development beyond the lifetime of the programme.
